The 80m x 60m International Outdoor Arena and 70m x 40m Hartpury Arena will be used as the competition arenas for the NAF Five Star Hartpury Festival of Dressage, NAF Five Star Hartpury Showjumping Spectacular and NAF Five Star International Hartpury Horse Trials. In addition to these two arenas there is a 30m x 60m outdoor warm-up, 30m x 60m covered warm-up, 20m x 60m indoor warm-up and 25m x 60m general exercise arena.
The availability and timing of arena familiarisations and exercise will be confirmed to riders and made available on the website.
All surfaces are synthetic and supplied by Andrews Bowen.
Residential lorry parking is available near the stables.
Accommodation is available onsite - on our university and college campus - in single occupancy en-suite rooms at £50.50 per night including linen, towels and a breakfast voucher. Accessible rooms are available upon request. Please note that pets are not allowed inside the accommodation.
Keys can be collected on arrival from the Hartpury Arena Reception.

Hartpury is a family-friendly venue welcoming children of all ages. Children under the age of 16 years are permitted free entry on all competition days, although must be accompanied by an adult.
Admission: Each disabled visitor requires the appropriate admission ticket where applicable. One accompanying carer will be admitted free of charge.
Parking: The disabled car park will be well signed upon arrival at the Hartpury Equine site. To access this car park, you will need to clearly display your blue badge. Visitors wishing to use this car park are advised to arrive early as spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Toilets and showers: Accessible toilets and showers can be found throughout the Hartpury Equine Centre and are clearly marked. If you need any assistance in finding accessible toilet and shower facilities during your time at Hartpury, just ask a member of the team.
Dogs are most welcome at Hartpury. However, they must be kept under control and on a short lead at all times (extending leads are not permitted). Take care in busy areas so as not to inconvenience other visitors, exhibitors and competitors. We also respectfully ask all visitors to clean up after their dog and place any waste in bins provided.
Please do not leave dogs unattended in vehicles. Hartpury reserves the right to arrange removal of dogs from vehicles by the RSPCA/Police, should it be necessary.
A limited number of electrical hook-ups are available and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Please book a hook-up along with your entry/stable bookings.

Hartpury Arena Restaurant: Enjoy a panoramic view of the action taking place in Hartpury Arena and International Arena while enjoying a hot breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Costa Coffee: Sip a frothy cappuccino or latte from one of the nation’s favourite coffee brands in a trendy, laid back setting on campus, just a short walk from the Equine Centre within Red and Blacks.
Legends Bar: Ponder the trials and tribulations of your day with a refreshing alcoholic or soft drink at Hartpury’s favourite watering hole. Catch up on the latest sport shown on one of the lounge TVs, play table tennis or enjoy the hospitality at one of the bar’s legendary riders parties.
Graze: Located on the main university and college campus, this large restaurant provides many reasonably-priced food options for every taste. Graze also sells a number of essential items during the summer including shower gel and toothpaste.
Kempley Catering: Located inside the Hartpury Arena next to the bar, a friendly welcome is assured as well as delicious home-style food.
Please note that several additional pop-up catering facilities may also be available, and the opening times of the above catering outlets will vary.
Hartpury takes the welfare of all horses seriously.
An FEI Veterinary Officer will be on-site each day during the Hartpury International Festival of Dressage, FEI European Championships for Young Riders and Juniors, and Horse Trials to provide emergency veterinary assistance.
A farrier will be on-site at specific times during the major competitions and on call outside these times.
Please ask at the Stable Managers Office or Hartpury Arena reception if you require veterinary assistance or a farrier.
A live stream will be available for the Festival of Dressage, giving viewers across the world the chance to be part of the action at Hartpury. Links to the live stream will be available nearer the time. Please note that the Gala Evening at the Festival of Dressage will not be live-streamed.
If you have lost or found an item during a competition, please report to the Hartpury Arena reception. After the event, please telephone 01452 702127 to check for lost property. We retain all lost property for 4 months, after which point any unclaimed items are donated to local charity shops.
The Hartpury Equine Arena reception will be open daily during competitions from 7.00am. During equine competitions, gates open at 8.00am for the general public. Trade stands open by 10.00am and there can be no admittance to the competition site for general public after 9.00pm each day.
Opening times for the stables will vary for each competition and will be posted nearer the time.
Event programmes are available to purchase at a cost of £3.00 from the Hartpury Arena reception on the day of competition.
We have over 200 quality permanent stables on-site as well as using Woodhouse temporary stables, meaning your horse can enjoy a luxurious stay at our events. Bedding and hay are available to purchase on-site.
Stabling can be booked when you make your competition entries.

Toilets are located throughout the show centre and are well signed. Showers are located in the Hartpury Arena and can be accessed via the staircase next to the judges' box.
