What makes this course special?
The tutor who will be instructing you is a Level 3 Qualified Dog Groomer who has ran her own Dog Walking company since 2008.
How will I be assessed?
Each evening you will have homework to complete.
On day 3 of the course you will have a 1-2-1 with the tutor to complete your assignment.
Will this course lead to a qualification?
On successful completion of this course, you will gain a City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate of Technical Competence in Dog Walking (0146-21)
Entry Requirements
All candidates will be required to complete an initial assessment.
Candidates are required to meet a minimum of Level 2 in English and Maths for acceptance on the course.
You must be 19+ to attend this course.
We can also run this course for corporate or business clients who may want a bespoke set of dates for their employees. Please get in touch if this is something you wound like to arrange.
The City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate of Technical Competence in Dog Walking (0146-21) is running on:
29th, 30th & 31st January
11th, 12th & 13th March
10am – 4pm
There is also an element of self-study at home for this course.

The cost for the course is £300.
All course fees must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the first day of the course. If we have not received full payment of course fees your place on the course cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to cancel your course, Hartpury College will refund tuition fees at the following rates:
*an administrative fee of £50 will be deducted from the refund value.
If Hartpury postpones or cancels the course and is unable to provide an alternative date(s) any tuition fees will be refunded in full.
