Visitors and contractors

All visitors and contractors must register their vehicle using the visitor section of the car parking app here: go.staxy.live/HSUTCA

Where possible, vehicle registration should be completed before arriving on campus to help ensure a smooth arrival.

The Hartpury staff member hosting the visit will advise which car park permit should be selected.

If you are unable to register before arriving, you can complete the registration process at the Student Services Reception. Please register your vehicle when signing in on arrival.
