After attending college at Hartpury, I embarked on a BSc (Hons) in Equine Science at Oxford Brookes University. It was here I discovered an interest in physiotherapy, following my own spinal surgery. So, I went on to complete an Advanced Certificate in Veterinary Physiotherapy with Middlesex University. Once graduating, I ran my own business for ten years, with a focus on complex cases and exercise prescription. With concern for greyhounds leaving the racing industry I joined Forever Hounds Trust as a Homing, Kennelling and welfare Trustee, implementing a nationwide animal rehab support programme. With a passion for education I joined the team at Hartpury in 2022 and have since become more involved in the equine hydrotherapy industry, as the co-chair of the leading professional body. In 2024 I expect to start a DPhil that further investigates my key areas of study.
