Chris Moody OBE

Career Overview

Chris joined the Hartpury College Board in 2012 and Hartpury University Board in September 2018.  He was appointed as Vice-Chair in May 2022.

Chris has spent his career in education. In 2021 he retired as Chief Executive of Landex - a member organisation for land-based colleges and universities aspiring to excellence.  Previously, he was Principal of Moulton College from 1992 to 2011 which he took to Ofsted “Outstanding”. Chris was awarded the OBE in the 2007 New Year’s Honours List for his services to further education and training.
