Greg Henry

Career Overview

I joined Hartpury University in January 2020 as a lecturer in Strength and Conditioning and am the programme manager for the BSc (Hons) in Strength and Conditioning degree. I have a wealth of teaching experience having held previous lecturing positions with the University of Bath focusing on the development of early career strength and conditioning practitioners. I has extensive experience as a practitioner having worked across various sports which include, Ice Hockey, Netball, Rugby and Cricket.

 

I currently lead the Hartpury Youth Performance, Education and Research (HYPER) Project, which delivers strength and conditioning provision to youth female athletes across Gloucestershire. I oversee the delivery of all training sessions as well as the development of student interns who work with HYPER.
