Career Overview

I’m a Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology and Coaching. I completed my PhD in Sport Psychology at Leeds Beckett University in 2018, entitled: 'A Qualitative Investigation of Social Support among Sports Coaches' and worked as a part-time lecturer at Leeds Beckett for a year. I then moved to University of Exeter as an Associate Lecturer, before being appointed as a Lecturer at Hartpury University in 2021.

 

My key research interests are in social support and sport coaches psychological well-being. I’m also part of the UK Coaching Applied Coaching Research Journal Editorial Team

 

I’m also a UEFA B qualified coach with over 13 years experience, plying my trade in women's football.
