Career Overview

I am a Registered Veterinary Nurse working as a HE VN Educator with many years of teaching & learning excellence.

In my early career, I established the RCVS Veterinary Nursing course and developed a degree course and ongoing CPD courses for my local college, providing essential training and improving standards of veterinary practices within our County.

I hold the Chief Examiner role for two Awarding Institutions and our Regulatory Body, ensuring standards of education and qualifications are current and fit for purpose for UK practising Veterinary Nurses.
As a qualified, experienced, Coach and Mentor, I support and guide Veterinary staff and empower their professional lives. Developing people, their education and their confidence provides me with great job satisfaction
