Scientific Conferences can be expensive events to attend, with most costing well over £100 for a day-ticket. However, one of the aims of the Alltech-Hartpury Conference is to ensure that the event is, and remains, an exciting and affordable opportunity for students to engage with. As such, we have kept the ticket prices as low as is possible, and are very grateful to our sponsors, Alltech, for their generosity in supporting the Alltech-Hartpury Conference and therefore enabling us to make this affordability possible.
Refreshments and a conference delegate pack, including Conference proceedings, are included in the ticket price. Lunch is NOT included in the ticket, however, a range of hot and cold food is available to purchase at the Hartpury University campus eateries.

Group discounts
Group discounts are available, whereby, for every nine tickets purchased, the 10th ticket is free.
