You need to provide credit/debit cards details to set up a recurring payment plan when you accept an offer of a campus bed.
You’ll be issued one invoice for the year which is payable by recurring card payment. Instalments are either at the start of each term (three instalments/year) or monthly from September to June (ten instalments/year). Payments at the start of each term will be for the number of weeks in the term.

Our university accommodation is occupied by our students during the academic year, however we do have a limited number of show rooms available at our open and offer holder days for you to view. Once you have applied to Hartpury, you will be invited to join a 'Coming to Hartpury' Facebook group. You can then find who you are sharing a hall of residence with through this group.
We look to offer mediation through our Wellbeing and Residential Support teams if you experience any difficulties. If these can't be resolved you are able to request a room move request by emailing the accommodation team. These are available between 1 November and 1 March each year. A £50 charge may be applied for a room move.

All of our accommodation will have a mixture of students studying a variety of courses.
Unfortunately not, the number of applications we get often exceeds the number of rooms available for each room type and we are therefore unable to guarantee that we can offer you your preferred option. Please see our allocation policy for more details.
We encourage students to make their room their own, but ask you to ensure that you do not use any permanent fixings or damage the walls and furniture - we recommend the use of command hooks. Students should also be aware of any potential health and safety or fire hazards.
Hartpury has an active Student Union which offers clubs and societies, as well as our Hartpury Active Programme, which offers recreational sports. Please check the Student Union website.
You have a 40 week contract and can stay on campus for this continuous duration.
Yes, university students are able to have overnight guests for a limited number of occurrences a year - please check your accommodation licence for full details or contact the accommodation team.
Parents/carers are only permitted to come into your bedroom/hall of residence on move-in and move-out days at the start and end of the academic year.
