You can apply for Hartpury accommodation whether you've made your firm choice or are still considering your options. Remember: First year undergraduate students are guaranteed accommodation.*
However, accommodation won't be allocated until you have made us your firm choice.

When you take up the accommodation offered, the £130 holding deposit will form 50% of the damage deposit. When you enrol in September, a further payment of £130 will be taken. The total damage deposit is £260.
If your room cancellation occurs before 26 July 2024, your full deposit will be refunded. If the room cancellation occurs on or after 27 July 2024 there will be no refund of the deposit, unless the cancellation is due to Hartpury not offering you a place on a course.

*Students living within a 15 mile radius of Hartpury are expected to commute and applications will only be considered from these students if vacancies occur after rooms have been allocated to all applicants living outside this radius. As a Hartpury student, there are loads of ways you can get around and explore Gloucestershire. You can hop on one of the shuttle buses that stop regularly on campus. If you ride a bike, you can store it in our secure bike sheds on campus. We also offer on-campus parking and discounted rates with local taxi firms.
