Our vibrant and friendly campus is the perfect choice if you want to be close to your lectures and our facilities, including our livery yard, gym, sports facilities, laundry rooms and student bar, Legends. We offer self-catered halls, standard and large rooms, all with:

If you wish to apply for accommodation for the 2025–2026 academic year, please email accommodation@hartpury.ac.uk

You can apply for Hartpury accommodation even if you haven't made your firm choice and if you're still considering your options.

You’ll need your Hartpury Student reference and your email address to apply for a room. Please ensure you have these to hand to register via our application portal. You can apply for Livery at the same time. Register here.

Hartpury Campus Halls

Limbury and New Vicarage halls of residence

Located on our beautiful 360 hectare campus, Limbury and New Vicarage offer more than 370 bedrooms.

These two-storey halls sit around our picturesque courtyards, perfect for warm sunny days. There are a range of room and living area sizes available. All bedrooms in these halls have an en-suite shower.

Quiet and alcohol free rooms are available in all location types of our accommodation.

What's included?

All rooms include a single bed, en-suite, bedroom furniture, desk and chair, and table-top fridge.

All kitchens are equipped with a fridge, freezer, cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, table and chairs.

Limbury plus kitchens
As well as being equipped with a fridge, freezer, cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, table and chairs, the kitchens in Limbury plus rooms have a larger social space with soft seating, a flat screen TV and washing machine.

New Vicarage Premium kitchens
As well as being equipped with a fridge, freezer, cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, the New Vicarage Premium kitchens have a breakfast bar with stools, plus a large social space with a flat screen TV, soft seating, and washing machines.

Hartpury House

At the centre of our campus is our Grade II listed historic manor, offering idyllic country views over towards our farm. You'll be right next to our on-site facilities and your classes.

Hartpury House is a quiet and alcohol-free accommodation* and has 19 en-suite bespoke rooms, two rooms with a shared bathroom, all of slightly different sizes.

What's included?

Rooms include a single bed, bedroom furniture, desk and chair, and table-top fridge. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, and a large island with stools for dining.

*No alcohol can be brought into our alcohol-free accommodation, however students who reside in this accommodation are able to consume alcohol elsewhere if they wish.
