What is Clearing?

Clearing is your chance to study one of our available courses if you don't already have an offer from another university.

Exclusive Clearing tours

During the summer we will hold tours for those who haven't had chance to visit us. We can show you around campus, arrange for you to speak to lecturers, and get all your questions answered from our support teams such as admissions, learning support or finance. We’ll tailor the visit to suit you. Tour dates and booking will become available nearer the summer.

Accommodation available

We guarantee accommodation for all first-year undergraduate students outside a 15-mile radius of our campus.

Settle into an option to suit your taste and budget. You can choose to live in our Hartpury Gloucester accommodation, based in the heart of Gloucester City centre, just a 15 minute bus or car journey away or on-campus surrounded by Gloucestershire’s beautiful countryside.

Financial assistance

Accessing funding makes university study possible for many students. In 2021/22, we provided financial assistance to over 1/3 of our students through bursaries, scholarships and grants, totalling a little under £1million. Our financial support packages don't affect eligibility for government support, such as maintenance grants and loans for tuition fees and living costs.
